At ShtrueInternet, we are committed to providing reliable internet services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before subscribing to our services.
1. Service Cancellation
By the Customer:
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team at support@shtrueinternet.com or calling +91 8352802056.
- For prepaid plans, cancellation before the end of the billing cycle will not result in a partial refund for unused days.
- If cancellation occurs before installation or service activation, a full refund may be issued minus any processing or administrative charges.
By ShtrueInternet:
- We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for violations of our Terms and Conditions, non-payment, or misuse of service.
- In such cases, refunds will not be issued for the remaining period of service.
2. Refund Policy
- Prepaid Services: Payments for prepaid internet plans are non-refundable once service has been activated.
- Installation Fees: Installation and setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been installed or initiated.
- Equipment Charges: Refunds for equipment (if provided) are only applicable if the equipment is returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Any damage or missing items may result in deductions from the refund.
- Service Disruption: In the rare event of extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours), customers may be eligible for a prorated refund or account credit, at our sole discretion.
3. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@shtrueinternet.com within 7 days of cancellation or billing dispute.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
4. No Refund Conditions
No refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after installation
- Misuse or breach of service terms
- Delays caused by incorrect customer information or missed appointments
- Partial usage of any monthly data plan
